They want to live remaining part of their life in a quiet and peaceful way. They however need to interact with rest of the young world for few things such as buying groceries or visiting a doctor. The main problem is here. No facilities, which you can enjoy in USA as a matter of routine, are provided in India by any authority or state. It is worth re-considering.<br />Aren't people ever satisfied after eating, drinking, enjoying, doing things for fifty, sixty years of their life? Why do they want to get in the way of the rest of the vibrant world, if they can't cope with it? <br /><br />Learn, work hard, make as much money as you can, but live within your means - that's the best way to live.
